We’re a small, close-knit ladies’ community for the business events industry, combining networking, learning, and personal development with plenty of fun and meaningful personal connections in wonderful MICE destinations.
Through fresh and innovative formats, we connect women from across our industry by creating exceptional and inspiring experiences – across cultures, generations, and religions.
Along the way, we are guests in amazing WOW destinations both at home and abroad, which we get to discover through strong women – ambassadors of their respective destinations – and their very personal stories.
Our key focus areas are nature and sustainability in all their facets, personal development – both professionally and privately – and the question of how we can design meaningful events in the future, enrich them with genuine added value, and in doing so contribute to the SDGs, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Tanja has been working in the global MICE industry for over 20 years. With her consulting agency MICE Impact, she accompanies companies and destinations on the basis of the SDGs in telling their very personal stories.
She is a brand ambassador for the IMEX Group and a founding member of the She Means Community. As a coach, she loves to connect people and bring them to their potential. As a mom to a teen, she knows what it means to balance work and family (and survive over a year of homeschooling)!
Nature has accompanied her for many years as an important source of strength and energy – and this also flows into all experiences and encounters of the MICE ladies.
